Jeffrey A. Berlin - President/Owner - As president, Jeff personally meets with each potential client to discuss individual needs and expectations. He prepares customized building specifications and pricing for each project. Handling all material ordering and financials, any desired additional feature may be requested via e-mail. Jeff researches land planning opportunities for future projects and works with engineering and approvals for works in progress. Enjoying his other role as 'Dad', he stays busy with his three sons and coaches their basketball teams.
Brad Edwards
Construction Manager
Brad is the man you will see the most during the construction process. He manages each and every job site as if it were his own. Since joining the company in 1998, he brings over 32 years of experience in the building industry and has proudly overseen hundreds of high-end custom homes to completion. When he is not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing and quality time with his family.
Kenneth Bailey
Excavation and Site Work Superintendent
Ken joined us in 2003 bringing 32 years of experience in excavation, site work and development. He heads up the entire site work and excavation division of Berlin Construction. From changing land contours to complete site improvement, Ken's expertise and attention to detail ensures each project is run efficiently.
John Meussner
Designer and Client Care Manager
Often referenced as the 'phantom employee', John works from his own office creating custom home designs exclusively for Berlin Construction's clients. Previously John ran his own construction framing company giving him additional experience and knowledge of application from paper to reality. Working with their ideas, he guides clients with the vision to 'see' features three dimensionally from working blue prints. During the design phase, John is your most visible resource and point of contact. His leisure time is spent with his family and coaching his sons' sports teams.
